Steve says some pretty cute things, most of which are one time sayings that Matt and I crack up over, then forget them. Here are some that he uses regularly:
A couple soons (as in, Grandma will be here in a couple soons.)
Not at all (Steve, did you sleep during nap time? No. Not at all.) *The best part of this one is that he says it with a completely straight face, as if there is nothing wrong with that.*
You should go buy some more (crackers, cream puffs, anything really...if we finish it and he wants more of it right then, we're supposed to drop everything and go to the store to get more).
Baby Evan (yes, he's not just Evan. He's Baby Evan. You try changing the 2.5 yr. old's mind.)
Easy peasy mac and cheesy (he borrowed this from a book, and thinks it is hilarious every time he says it, or one of us says it)
No way, Jose
A new one that Daddy just taught him: Jimi Hendrix
And quite possibly the best one: I looove him (talking about baby Evan).
I will try to do better at remembering these things and get them written down.
