Summer Fun

We've had a crazy couple of weeks and it looks to get a little crazier! The Maryland Meyers came for a visit last Monday. We had a BLAST. We met Matt at Miller Park for lunch, then came home for some naps, swimming, dinner on the deck, custard, and fireworks. We had an impromptu sleepover with everyone, and chocolate chip pancakes in the morning. 

We followed that up with some very cold swimming lessons, then a trip to Cedarburg. We spent the 4th up there. Grandma was out of town, but we used her house anyway for a day or two. After naps, we went out to Matt's coworker's/friend's house for more barbecuing and fireworks. There was also some slip n slide action in there somewhere. 

Tomorrow, Steve gets his cast off. Just in time for our trip to Iowa to see Nana and Papa. We are leaving Thursday and will return on Monday. Good times!
