Go Hawkeyes!

It's that time of year again! Iowa State and Iowa squared off on Saturday evening in Ames and for the first time in 12 years, we were there to celebrate (well, depends on your point of view)! It wasn't the best of games, but tailgating was fun, and the Hawkeyes won. So really, that's all that matters. 

Matt and I had great seats, thanks to Papa. And also thanks to Papa, Steve got to attend his first BIG football game. He said afterwards that he liked it, but at the time I think he was a bit overwhelmed. Lots of people in a very limited amount of space. Papa also got some footballs for the boys, and shared a footlong corn dog with Steve. The two of them left at halftime (WHAT??? And miss the BAND?). 

Evan spent the afternoon getting spoiled by Nana. No. Fun. At. All. None. :)
