Hometown Fun

Steve and I are spending a few days at Nana and Papa's in Atlantic. We are having a great time. Steve had his first lollipop yesterday (until he managed to get the candy separated from the stick, then it went away).







We also went to the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha yesterday. Steve got to see lots of lions, tigers, gorillas (including a baby), a peacock in full strut, and many other things he loved.





Our trip here was a bit longer than expected, but we survived. Here is Steve at the Iowa 80 Truck Stop, really enjoying his chicken nuggets and fries because he hardly had any lunch:
